Stone Sour releases their 3rd Studio Album "Audio Secrecy" on September 7th.
The highly anticipated album of Stone Sour was recorded and produced by the band and Nick Raskulinecz (Foo Fighters, Alice In Chains, Rush) at Blackbird Studios in Nashville, Tennessee. It is the 3rd studio album of the band after their self titled first release and the highly successful second album, "Come What(ever) May".
Two songs from the album have already been released, the energy driven teaser track "Mission Statement", which was available as a 24 hour download on the Stone Sour website, and also the first single/video release "Say You'll Haunt Me".
Stone Sour always keeps true to their own musical ideas without undue influence from anyone to try to put them into a certain musical genre. Over the years, the band has touched different styles of music but has always managed to stay true to themselves.
Stone Sour played a special intimate show/record release party at The Studio at Webster Hall in New York City on Monday, August 30th. This special performance was available for the entire world to see via a live stream, which was hosted on StoneSour.com. If you hurry, you might still get the chance to see the gig as the video is still online on the Stone Sour homepage. Notice that the first thing you'll see on stage is the blue glowing light of the Hughes & Kettner TriAmp MKII. And while you're there, be sure to order your copy of "Audio Secrecy".
Josh Rand has been playing and endorsing the Hughes & Kettner TriAmp MKII and CC 412 cabinets since 2005. In his own words he...The TriAmp MKII is "Versatility that is untouchable".
